54 lb / 200 gsm glossy photo paper. 9.5 mil thick. Chromalife100 inks so the color holds up. It's not a laminated card, it's a real photo print, thick and not flimsy. Sized so your clear case still fits right.

What devices do you make inserts for?
Kindle (Basic, Colorsoft, Paperwhite, Oasis, Scribe), Kobo (Libra and Clara), Boox (Palma and Go), iPad (10.2, Air, Mini, Pro), and Fire tablets. If your device isn't listed, message us the model, we can usually do a custom size.
How does the insert work? Do I need a special case?
The insert slips into a clear grip-style case (the snap-on kind with a hand strap), sandwiched between your device and the case. It's double-sided, so you get two looks in one, flip it whenever you want a new vibe.
What's it made of? Is it laminated?
It's printed on thick, glossy photo paper, not laminated. It's a high-quality photo print, thick and not flimsy.
When will my order ship?
Inserts are made to order, production takes 5-7 business days. From there they ship First Class Mail, typically no more than 7 business days in transit.
Do you do custom sizes?
Yes! Send us your device model or case dimensions and we'll confirm we can do it.

We're Rachel & KB, birthday twins and best friends behind October Second Designs. We started making our own Kindle inserts because we couldn't find any we were crazy about, we wanted vibrant colors and styles we could switch up whenever the mood (or the season) changed.
